My boyfriend and I have moved into a house, it is his old family home which he bought from his parents who have moved just accross the road. I am very unhappy there but he loves the house and won’t even consider moving.
With the financial strain on him and the strain on our relationship i can see us having to end our 2 year relationship. I often feel selfish about wanting him to move but then i also think if he really loved me he would see how much i don’t want to live there and would move with me! What do you think? Sharon, why did you consent to move into the house if you are so unhappy there? Have you discussed with him your reasons for your unhappiness? If you haven’t that’s your first step.
You haven’t given enough details, specifically as to why you’re so unhappy in that house, so I don’t know whether or not you have “fixable” problems within your relationship. Hopefully, talking to each other might start you in the right direction. — Queenie
