He Wants Her To Want Him
Hello, I need help! I’m madly in love with my girlfriend but she’s saying for right now we’re just friends. We’ve been together for one year but have been friends for about three. We were living together during this past year and were engaged. Now, after a not so pretty disagreement, we are living apart from each other. We still talk every day, still see each other almost every day and we even have sex. I do just about anything she asks of me and have apologized more than once.
I’m very sensative, for a guy and I have needs too. I feel like I’m being used for errands, chores and sex! All I want is some love and romance. She won’t even talk to me if I try to tell her how I FEEL. She says I’m being selfish. Sometimes I feel like she only cares about herself, like she doesn’t care about me at all. My heart breaks on a daily basis. I love her. I want her. I need her but I don’t know how much longer I can go on like this! I don’t want to be lonely anymore. Please HELP!!! — Tony

Tony, it isn’t your girlfriend’s duty to cure your loneliness. You need to be a whole person without depending upon her and when you learn to do that, she will definitely find you much more attractive and appealing. Right now, all she can see is a very needy guy who wants much more from her than she feels like giving. Independence is a wonderful thing. — Queenie
