Ok.. Been seeing this women for a little over 6 months. She says she loves me but won’t sleep with me… I must admit, I have NEVER waited this long for anyone.. Not even for ex’s that I was madly in love with.
She was kind of a bitch in the beginning, but has gotten a little sweeter. She had made fun of me in the beginning because I was “too nice” and “needy” so naturally I pulled back. Now all of a sudden she wants a needy guy.
I am thinking of ending it, but I need a really good excuse. I cannot tell her it is because she won’t put out. That is not really it, I am certainly not that shallow or she would have been kicked to the curb a while ago. We have broken up a couple of times… I just do not think I am ready for a serious relationship, yet when she had asked, I stated that I was in a round about way…
She wants to go to relationship counseling, and all this other crap..and I really do not think it would be worth it. Basically I am chicken and do not want to hurt her, but I cannot stay in this either. Oh yeah, the best is she lives right down the road from me.. HELP!!!!!

If you don’t think relationship counseling will help keep the two of you together, then it won’t. It takes two to make a relationship work, not one. You don’t think you’re ready for a serious relationship and that’s a good enough reason to end this one if the two of you aren’t on the same page.
If you’re staying with her until she puts out, that’s the wrong reason to stay. Stay because you love her or leave because you aren’t ready to love her completely.
What do you tell her if you end it? Just say you aren’t ready for a serious relationship yet. — Queenie
