It really should last a lifetime although it’s difficult to know which lifetime that is: the lifetime warranty on a PlayStation; the lifetime warranty on a set of tires; the lifetime warranty on a pacemaker. Or maybe your lifetime. Regardless of which lifetime, why would you propose to someone you’re not sure is in love with you?
