O.K, I’ve slept with a married man who’s the cousin of my best friend. He’s been after me for at least a year and at first I ignored all of his passes. Well recently we saw each other and exchanged numbers.
I informed my best friend that we had talked and I asked her if it would be a problem if I saw her cousin because curiousity was killing me. She stated no it’s not a problem and even gave a scenerio that if I had a cousin that she was attracted to she would take the invitation also.
So the cousin and I hooked up a couple of weeks later and have been seeing each other ever since. So recently she asked me did it happen and I told her yes! She made it seem as though I was the biggest slut in the world. Making comments saying “you’ve been around his wife and you just act like you weren’t just screwing her husband,” then she goes “How could you just sit around her like nothing ever happened.”
So this brought some major conflict because I explained to her that I have nothing against her so why should I act any differently towards her and just to add to that I’m not in Love with him we have fun together that’s it. So queen How should I handle this situation?
…………………………………………
He’s a married man. So what if you’re not in Love with him. So what if you have Fun together. He committed adultery. He cheated on his wife with you. You enabled him to break his marriage vows. And then you act as though everything is perfectly fine when you and his wife are together.
Okay, maybe this is the way some married couples and their outside interests act. If you were married and your husband’s girlfriend was a family friend or relative and the two of you were at a party together, how would you expect her to act around you? How would you act around her? Put yourself in your friend’s cousin’s wife’s place for a few seconds. — Queenie
