I have a girlfriend who got engaged on the fouth date and she was complaining that her guy was fat, and he talked too much, and that she hated his clothes, but she loved him and they connected. They got married a year later and she complained about his appearanceĀ up to the day they got married.
I asked her at the wedding if they would have great sex on their honeymoon and she said “we have been living together for 8 months”. She was 32 and he was 38 when they got marreid.
They have been married now for a year and all she talks about how she loves being married and how perfect he is, but she does bring up that he gaining weight. She has also gained 25lb just in one year. To me she sounds depressed bragging and weight gain are not a good sign.

Sherry, it doesn’t matter what I think. It doesn’t matter what YOU think. All that matters is what she thinks. However, since you asked, I think you need to get a life of your own and stop being such a busy body about her marriage (and her sex life!). — Queenie
